Opening Soon: Chūō Izakaya in Rogers
Northwest Arkansas will soon welcome a unique new dining concept. Chūō Izakaya, meaning “central tavern,” is coming to 3939 S. Grand Ave. in Rogers.
Chef and owner Darwin Beyer, who brings over 20 years of culinary experience, is introducing a Japanese tavern-style dining experience inspired by his time living in Kobe, Japan.
While an official opening date has not yet been announced, the concept is already generating excitement across the region’s growing culinary scene.
